All Christmas gifts can be exchanged for EQUAL OR GREATER value through January 15th 2020. 

If an item does not work for you please email carly@luminousboutiqueclothing.com with:

• Your name
• Gifted item and size
• Item and size you would like to exchange for 
• Return tracking number

All exchanged items can be dropped off or shipped back to:

4320 University Drive Charlotte NC 28209

The customer will be responsible for return shipping but the exchanged item will ship back to you free of charge. If the new item is of greater value you will receive an emailed invoice with the remaining balance you owe.
