We are sorry to hear you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a refund within 14 days of delivery date. There is a $5 return/restock fee for all returned items.
- Items must be in NEW condition, WITH tags: unworn, unwashed, and not altered in any way
- All discounted/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Accessories (Bags, Hair Accessories, Hats) are final sale and cannot be returned
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery date. Returns will not be accepted outside this window
- Returns can only be refunded back on to original form of payment
How To Return Items:
Step 1: Submit Return Request (Returns will not be accepted without a request being submitted first)
Step 2: If your request is accepted you will receive a return label via the email you placed your order with. Please fold and nicely pack your unwanted items back into the package along with your original packing slip or order #. Next, attach the label securely to the outside of the bag and set out for USPS.
Step 3: Please ensure that the return package is sent back within a timely manner of your return request being submitted. Please note: If you would prefer to do a local drop off you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a drop off time.

A $6 restock/return fee will be deducted from your total refund. This covers the shipping and restocking cost of your item.
Return items must be received in original condition. Luminous Boutique reserves the right to send back items that are worn/defected. Customers will be charged shipping costs of items that have to be sent back due to not complying with return conditions.
Exchanges will not be accepted at this time due to high inventory turnover and limited quantities. If you would like a different size/color in an item please order the correct size/color and submit a return request for the unwanted item.
