Returns

We are sorry to hear you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a refund within 10 days of delivery date. 

Return Conditions: 

  • Items must be in NEW condition, WITH tags: unworn, unwashed, and not altered in any way
  • All discounted/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Accessories (Bags, Hair Accessories, Hats) are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery date. Returns will not be accepted outside this window
  • Returns can only be refunded back on to original form of payment 

 

How To Return Items:

 

Step 1: Submit Return Request (Returns will not be accepted without a request being submitted first)

Step 2Please fold and nicely pack your unwanted items back into package along with your original packing slip. 

Step 3: Mail or drop off returns to the below address. Please note: If you would prefer to do a local drop off you will need to send an email to carly@luminousboutiqueclothing.com to set up a drop off time.

Additional Information

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your return. It may take 2-4 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.

 

Return items must be received in original condition. Luminous Boutique reserves the right to send back items that are worn/defected. Customers will be charged shipping costs of items that have to be sent back due to not complying with return conditions. 

 

Exchanges will not be accepted at this time due to high inventory turnover and limited quantities. If you would like a different size/color in an item please order the correct size/color and submit a return request for the unwanted item.
